The snow is blowing wildly, coldly, across the sky.  The birds are singing, the flowers are blooming (though the primroses are looking distinctly daunted) and all is the vividness of Spring.

How strange the world is.

Well, sheesh…

I was just going to add a photo and play around with sharing.  Just a bit.  Just a pause before…wait, a minute…how did it get to be that late…I was going to..do things…and..um…eat…golly…almost supper time…probably too late for lunch…

Meanwhile, quietly, my Mum got the book down from the shelf that identifies said picture.

Red Admiral: Although it is difficult to become acquainted with individual butterflies, the Red Admiral can be an exception…

 

That’s pretty amusing.  I shall invite it for a nectar picnic…..
